On December 10 the 3rd session of My Compass concluded with the presentation of trainees’ websites. During six intensive weeks trainees learned to design, develop, and market a website, discovered key jobs of the web, met web professionals and got an understanding of the Luxembourg job market and IT opportunities, while working with a coach on their career plans.
Fortunately, this session could take place in-classroom. With full class presence on three out of four days of training each week, the hybrid format of training (class-room / online) proved to be a success !

On December 10 we had the pleasure of viewing 18 project presentations, on the final day of training, and to meet Yousra, an alumni of the first session, now working as a back end web developer !
